We need someone who can open doors: book meetings with operations, finance, and IT leaders at health systems, payers, RCM shops, and healthtech companies, and do it in a vertical you already know.
You'll be one of our first sales hires, working directly with the founders and our AE. You own the top of the funnel for healthcare, running and scaling the outbound motion our AE already built, with a clear path to AE yourself.
This is not a 9-to-5. We work long hours, in the office, including some weekends. If you want predictable hours, this is the wrong role.
Dominik (CEO) studied Computational Science and Engineering and did AI research at ETH Zurich and Stanford, then spent years running enterprise AI projects in banking, insurance, and pharma at BCG. He kept seeing the same thing: large companies pouring enormous sums into offshore teams doing repetitive computer work. Oliver (CTO) published AI research at ETH Zurich and CERN, and scaled his first startup past $1M in revenue. They started Clicks to replace that work with computer use agents.
Large healthcare organizations spend enormous sums on outsourced back-office work: claims, eligibility, prior auth, data entry, reconciliation. We replace that work with computer use agents that open applications, click through workflows, read documents, and complete tasks end to end, around the clock, at a fraction of the offshore costs.
We are looking for SDRs who combine healthcare domain knowledge with raw outbound intensity. Our process is designed to find people who can learn a technical product fast, hold their own with senior buyers, and generate pipeline without hand-holding.
