The role
Think founder associate, but for revenue. You'll work directly with our revenue leadership as a force multiplier across the entire GTM org: a high-leverage role where you own the strategic and operational projects that shape how Encord grows.
You'll spend your time on two core streams:
Revenue strategy & operations. Owning the projects that move the needle: pricing experiments, market segmentation, territory design, forecasting, pipeline analytics, deal desk support. You'll build the systems, dashboards and processes that scale our GTM function from where it is today to where it needs to be next.
Cross-functional execution. Partnering with sales, customer success, marketing and RevOps to make sure every team is firing. You'll run special projects (new geography launches, vertical plays, ICP refinement), prep board and exec materials, sit in on key deals, and step in wherever revenue leadership needs an extra brain and pair of hands.
About you
You're a builder. You see a messy process and you fix it. You spot a gap in reporting and you go build the dashboard.
You build stuff with Claude. All the time.
You're ambitious and you want to rise faster than would be possible in any 'normal' career, and you're happy to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is required.
You're an entrepreneur and you want to be a part of building a business.
You're sharp with numbers and equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, a customer call, or a strategy doc. You can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to fix what's broken.
You want to grow within Encord. You might want to become a future Head of RevOps, VP Sales, or GTM leader, and you're looking for a company that can offer you that runway.
You've consistently performed in the top percentile of whatever environment you've been in, whether in education, business, sport, or a previous role.
