Fiber AI is a comprehensive data provider with the freshest data on 40M+ companies, 850M+ people, and 30M+ jobs. We’ve raised >$5M, generate >$1.5M ARR, and are expanding our mid-market enterprise contracts.
We're hiring a Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to own day-to-day execution and drive new ideas across our products. This role is for someone who comes up with the creative, ships it, reads the numbers, and scales what works. We want a self-starter, not someone who waits for a detailed brief of instructions to follow. Flawless English is a must for this role.
This is a fully remote role and we're hiring internationally, so you can be based anywhere in the world. It's 40 hours a week of work total, but it's not a 9am-to-5pm job. We move fast and across time zones, so the schedule flexes: expect to shift hours to overlap with the team, and to put in a couple of hours on weekends to maintain business operations. If you want a rigid clock-out-at-5pm routine, this isn't the role. If you like real ownership and don't mind the work shaping your hours, you'll thrive here.
Core Responsibilities:
You're a fit if: you've actually grown something before and can point to it; you write excellent, native-sounding English; you're technical-adjacent and unafraid of code; and you move fast without hand-holding.
Comp: $3,000/month guaranteed base, plus a revenue-tied bonus paid out monthly which is uncapped. The more you grow the business, the more you make. Strong performers should be clearing $5-6k/month; if you're exceptional and the numbers reflect it, there's no ceiling on that.

They have worked together for the last 8 years and built a profitable 7-figure online business, where they manually hacked together sales automations across several point solutions to scale.
Adi spent 5 years as a growth Product Manager at Microsoft, scaling Azure hybrid revenue (using Marketo and similar tools). He graduated from Cornell University, where he studied computer science and was a Rawlings scholar (top 1.5%).
