About the role:
We're hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative , reporting to the Senior Sales Development Manager, to build and own Instrumentl's cold outbound motion from the ground up. You'll be on the front lines identifying and reaching out to nonprofits and universities that could benefit from Instrumentl but don't know us yet, a function we've proven works and are now scaling. If you want to do meaningful sales work and build a career at the same time, this is the role.

Compensation & Benefits:
For US-based candidates, the target compensation for this role is $70,000 base salary plus $25,000 variable, for an OTE of $95,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, scope of responsibility, interview performance, and geographic location. We’re committed to paying competitively and equitably.
