The role
We are looking for someone to own the infrastructure the whole product runs on. High ingest volumes, real-time data, governance that holds up under enterprise scrutiny. The person who owns this layer effectively owns the product.
You will
- Own the infrastructure end to end. Ingestion, data model, backend, frontend, deploy. If it runs in production, it's yours.
- Make the architectural decisions that are expensive to undo, and get them right. We're betting the company on this layer holding.
- Lead a hybrid team of human engineers and AI coding agents, and get real throughput out of both.
- Build next to the founders and ship to real enterprise customers quickly.

Who you are
- At least 3 years building real systems. Ideally something you owned end to end that's still running.
- Genuinely full stack. Comfortable in the data layer and the UI, and you'd rather ship the whole thing than wait on a handoff.
- You build with AI agents daily and know exactly where they break.
- People want to build with you, and you set technical direction without being told what's next.
- You ship.

We're already deployed inside enterprises running thousands of users. The technical bar is high and we're looking for someone to own and raise it. Apart from that:
