See and control all AI activity across your enterprise
We're already live inside enterprises running thousands of users, and the demand is real. The thing we don't have yet is a GTM function. Right now it's held together by one person doing all of it, and that's not how you build something that lasts.
You'd own that. The outbound, the pipeline, the research, the systems that turn scattered interest into a real motion. You're not stepping into a machine someone else built, you're building the machine, on top of a product enterprises already want. Early on you'll work closely with the founder on live deals, because that's how you learn the customer cold. Over time the motion is yours to design and run.
This is a ground-floor GTM role at a company with real traction. The ceiling is whatever you make it.
You'd be building the GTM function at a company that already has enterprises deploying it to thousands of users, which means you're selling something real from day one. You'll learn enterprise sales by doing it alongside a founder who was a partner at a Sam Altman-backed company and sold his first startup early, and then you'll make the motion your own. If you want to run GTM at a company someday, or start your own, this is where you learn how. Apart from that:
AI is already everywhere inside every company and in everyone's hands, and almost no one can see what's actually happening: which tools, whose work, what it costs, where it leaks, whether any of it is paying off.
Oximy is the system of record for how the world uses AI. We sit in the path of how people actually work with AI, turn it into one clear picture across every tool and team, and give companies the visibility and control to make that usage safe, accountable, and genuinely better over time.
This is one of the defining shifts of the decade, and right now it's invisible and badly understood. The company that makes it legible and controllable owns it. We're building for everyone that shift touches: the engineer shipping with AI, the team lead spreading what works, the finance and security leaders who have to answer for it, and the person just trying to use AI well at work.
We're assembling a small team of exceptional builders who want to define how an entire era of work gets seen, governed, and made better. If that's the bet you want to be making, you'll do the most important work of your career here.
