Hey, I'm Daivik, CEO of Shor.
I see this as one of the most important roles in the company. Our company lives and dies on three pillars: great product, great support, and great marketing. If we nail all three, our growth is endless. This role owns one of them.
It's a role for founder-like people, willing to wear many hats and make decisions not just because of where the market's trending, but because they stay true to our customers and our company.
Which is hard. You'll be early, the playbook doesn't exist yet, and some of what you try won't work. But that should be the exciting part. I'm ready to play ball if you are. Let's take those swings. If we get this right, we'll build a truly generational company.

The role
We're hiring our founding Growth/GTM lead, the person who turns founder-led sales into a repeatable, compounding growth engine. Right now the founders close every deal. Your job is to own that motion end to end and scale it: find the founders who need us, get them on a call, and build the system that does it without us.
This is 0 to 1. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it.
