We've used software and AI to transform a process that used to take months into one that takes weeks: matching companies to spaces faster, surfacing better options earlier, and guiding teams through every step of a lease.

You'll be client-facing every day — running discovery calls, touring spaces with founders and operators, helping companies work through offers and make decisions. That's the job.
But this role is also a product role. Every interaction you have is a data point: where does our AI handle things well? Where does a human conversation change the outcome? What parts of the leasing process still require judgment, trust, or presence that no system can replicate yet?
You'll be one of the people answering those questions in real time, and feeding that back into how we build. The best version of this role isn't someone who executes a process, it's someone who helps us figure out what the process should be.
Expect 60–70% of your time to be in-person across San Francisco, touring spaces, meeting clients, building relationships.
