1. Build - you start using Result with or without a product, let's assume we don’t have one right now

In this example, we’re building 1600.lol → an SAT learning tool with real past paper questions.

Result can build apps with payment gateways.

We have our own payment gateway provider with custom endpoints to give each user their own payment gateway, keep record of payments, and we’re also working with them to provide tax filing capabilities.

If you already have a product built you can connect your existing Github repo and Result will have context, or if you’re a business that doesn’t need a product (service, consulting, etc.) you don’t need to connect anything!

2. Simultaneously, it’s going to lock in a brand for the business.

3. Sell - Let’s start selling. First, Result helps you rank better on SEO and then creates content for you to post: reels, blogs, posts and whatever works specifically for your niche.

4. Incorporate - At this point, once we’re confident the product is doing well → let’s make this a real business. You can incorporate on the platform. We have a relationship with a registered agent for a whitelabelled service. We’re working extremely hard on this and will be able to incorporate companies directly from chat, through an agent, or even through Claude Code.

5. Analyze - our biggest advantage of owning the entire flow is attribution, cross-data analytics and actually driving meaningful revenue-boosting insights.

We’re working on some really cool architecture for attribution, our goal is to be able to generate insights like:

1. This specific format of a social media post drew 10x more views but it targeted the wrong ICP so it converted only 10%, whereas this post that didn’t draw as many views converted better because it was a better target.
2. The comments on this post resonate with customer support emails requesting this feature and it should be built instead of what the codebase has in place of it.
   
   Context - Where does all this information go? Company Brain!

Starting a company on a single platform from scratch gives us a unique place to retain context of the entire business from Day 1. A lot of companies are trying to build company brains for existing businesses, we decided that starting on Day 1 for a new business is the new meta.

As you operate the business on the platform, the platform learns about your business and continues to become better.
